We rear Suffolk x Lleynn sheep on our 60 acre farm and produce high quality lamb with no artificial food additives. Orders can be taken and produce collected either fresh or frozen.
A half-lamb pack consists of 1 leg, 1 shoulder, chops, breast, neck, kidney and ½ liver unless otherwise ordered. The average weight is 20lb or 9.1kilo.
The leg may be whole or cut into shank and fillet, the shoulder may be whole or cut into blade and knuckle. The shoulder and breast may be minced, the shoulder may be diced, part of the chops may be ordered as a rack or a crown.
If you wish to buy a whole lamb this can include a saddle of lamb and anything of your own personal choice.
